Individual: We always start with self reflection so our discussions are built around your personality and strengths. Depending on your goals and style, we'll then use a range of psychological, emotional and data driven tools to help you achieve your potential. The most popular package is 6 x 1 hour sessions delivered face to face or virtually.

Group: We'll look at team dynamics to begin with, either with all participants or by getting to know each one of them. We'll then bring the findings together and work on common goals, often over the course of a few hours to a couple of days.

Communication training: we can arrange one to one or small group training to help you find your voice and authentic style of talking. This training is perfect whether you need to work with the media, be the face of your organisation, planning a presentation or need to prepare for a challenging meeting.

Leadership and internal communication: It's all about creating engagement.We can review your approach to leadership and internal communication. Perhaps you need a new communication strategy - let us put one in place. Or, if you need some interim support to write speeches, letters, board presentations, we can do these.

Marketing and media communication: If you don't have the resources to write thought leadership articles, marketing collaterals and digital content, let us do this for you. If you need a fresh pair of eyes on drafts you've produced, we can review them too.

All of these things can be provided on a project, fixed terms contract or interim employee basis.
